Search McClain County court cases in OSCN first

Open-record route

The Sheriff Records Division accepts written records requests and maintains records created by the Sheriff’s Office.

Copies

The office publishes a per-page copy charge for records and separate charges for media. Those charges belong to sheriff records, not court-certified copies.

Fingerprints

The Sheriff also publishes fingerprint-service fees. A fingerprint service is not the same product as an OSBI criminal-history result.

For statewide Oklahoma history, use OSBI CHIRP
